Open Settings and tap Restore purchases first — that re-checks with the store using your account and fixes it in most cases. If it does not, send us the store receipt and the email address on your store account and we will sort it out.

Check that microphone and speech recognition permissions are both granted in your device settings, that your device has a speech recogniser available for your language, and that you are in Video or Teleprompter mode — Voice Follow is not available in audio-only capture. If it is still not tracking, tell us your device model and OS version.

Both devices need to be on the same Wi-Fi network, and that network must allow devices to talk to each other — many guest and corporate networks block this, which is the usual cause. Scanning the prompter’s QR code avoids discovery entirely and is the reliable route on a network you do not control. Please do. Pick “Feature request” in the form. Telling us what you were trying to achieve is more useful than telling us what button to add — the underlying problem is often solvable in a better way than the one that first comes to mind.

Delete the app. Everything the app stores lives in its own container on your device, so removing the app removes all of it — scripts, recordings and settings. There is nothing on a server for us to delete, because there is no server.

Yes. The teleprompter itself, script writing and importing, mirror mode and manual and timed scrolling are all free, with no watermark and no account. No. There is no sign-up, no login and no password. Your scripts and recordings are stored in the app’s own database on your device and are never uploaded to us.

It flips the rendered script horizontally, vertically, or both at once. A beam-splitter teleprompter rig reflects your phone screen off angled glass, which reverses the text — mirror mode pre-reverses it so it reads correctly in the reflection. Both axes are independent, which covers rigs that mount the phone upside down as well as reversed.

The app uses your device’s own on-device speech recogniser to match what you are saying against the script, and moves the text to keep your current line in the reading position. Speak faster and it speeds up; pause and it waits. Because the recognition runs on the device, your voice is not streamed to a server.

No. Scripts, recordings and AI drafts stay on the device. The AI script writer uses your phone’s built-in model where the hardware supports it, so even the topic you type never leaves the handset. Remote control runs over your own local Wi-Fi between your two devices, not through our servers.
