Why this app has a subscription at all.

Fair question. Here is the honest version.

It is a real camera app

The blur and green-screen work is a native segmentation pipeline on two platforms — Vision and Metal on iOS, CameraX and ML Kit on Android. That is ongoing engineering against two moving targets.

There is no data business

We do not sell anything about you, because we do not have anything about you. The subscription is how the app is funded. That is the trade, stated plainly.

It is a small team

No sales department, no enterprise tier, no upsell emails. Support goes to a person who can change the code.

What do I get without paying anything?
The teleprompter itself, the rich-text script editor, importing from PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, TXT and Markdown, folders, manual and timed scrolling, mirror mode on both axes, and one full-quality recording session so you can see the whole pipeline end to end. No watermark and no account.

Is there a free trial of Pro?
Any introductory offer is configured in the App Store and Google Play and is shown on the plan before you confirm, in your own currency. Because trials and intro pricing vary by store and region, the store page is always the authority on what you will be charged.

Who charges my card?
Apple or Google, depending on where you downloaded the app. Subscriptions are handled entirely by the store — we never see or store a card number.

How do I cancel?
In the store, not in the app. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro keeps working until the period you already paid for ends.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own policy. Apple takes refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google through the Play Store order history. If something is wrong with the app itself, email us first — we would rather fix it.

I paid on iPhone. Does that cover my iPad or my Android phone?
A purchase covers every device signed in to the same store account, so an iPhone purchase covers your iPad. It does not cross between Apple and Google, because they are separate billing systems — that is a store restriction, not our policy.

I already paid but the app says Free.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks with the store using your account. If it still does not unlock, email contact@telepromptermirrorpro.com with the store receipt and we will sort it out.

Do prices change by country?
Yes. The prices shown here are in US dollars; the store shows your local price, including any tax, before you confirm anything.
