Refund policy

We do not take your payment — Apple and Google do — so refunds are requested from whichever store charged you. Here is exactly how, plus what to do first if something is simply broken.

1. Who issues refunds

Teleprompter Mirror Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, or by Google through Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. We never receive your payment details and we have no ability to charge or refund your card ourselves.

That means a refund has to come from the store that took the payment, under that store’s own policy. Both handle these routinely and neither requires our approval.

2. Requesting a refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Choose Request a refund, pick the reason that fits, and select the Teleprompter Mirror Pro purchase.
  3. Submit. Apple reviews the request and emails you its decision, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

You can also start this from your iPhone: Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History, then tap the purchase.

3. Requesting a refund from Google

  1. Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptionsBudget & order history.
  2. Find the Teleprompter Mirror Pro order and tap Request a refund or Report a problem.
  3. Choose the option that describes your situation and submit. Google emails you a decision, typically within a few days.

Google’s automatic refund window for app purchases is short. Outside it, use the same form — requests are still reviewed, they are just assessed case by case.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in, and Pro keeps working until that period ends.

  • iOS / iPadOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Teleprompter Mirror Pro → Cancel subscription.
  • Android — Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Teleprompter Mirror Pro → Cancel.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in the store first.

5. EU and UK withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content. Because the app store is your counterparty for the purchase, that right is exercised through Apple or Google using the processes above, and their published terms explain how the right interacts with immediate access to digital content. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have.

6. Talk to us first if something is broken

If you are asking for a refund because a feature is not working — Voice Follow not tracking, a purchase not unlocking, remote control not connecting, an export failing — please contact support first. Most of these have a fix, often an immediate one, and we would much rather fix the app than have you leave with a refund and a bad afternoon.

If a purchase is simply not being recognised, try Settings → Restore purchases before anything else. That re-checks with the store using your account and resolves the majority of these cases.

7. Contact

Questions about a charge, or a store refusing a refund you think is fair? Email contact@telepromptermirrorpro.com with the store receipt and we will help you take it up with them.
